We stayed at the property for a family wedding that was held elsewhere in the area. The hotel was very nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Grounds were beautiful. Quiet. Easy access by car to everywhere in the region: Lucera, Foggia.

Very grand
We were pleasantly surprised by lovely the hotel was. Our room quadruple room was excellent. Perfect for our family of 4. The pool was amazing with pool bar and breakfast was good. The surroundings were very nice

Driving through a rather empty landscape polluted with windmills this hotel suddenly appears. A huge plot more suitable for large groups and conferences. Hundreds of rooms all ground floor but almost all empty. Room nice with 4 poster bed, bathroom good, brown water at first but after a while clear. Reception not a word of English. Dinner and lunch in a strange ballroom, food a disaster, routier style. Staff very friendly. Dinner 8 tables with single gentlemen. Very weird. Beautiful garden with oleander and palmtrees, 2 huge pools, one olympic size.

A dream place, surrounded by gardens. Finally a breathe in the hot Apulian summer. The ideal destination not only for a romantic getaway (as in my case), for a few days of relax in in the spa (very characteristic) but also a perfect location for weddings and other events thanks to the romantic atmosphere and delicious food by one of the best chefs in Apulia. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. A special thanks goes to the restaurant manager, Mr. Mario (a special person, absolutely to know) and to Mrs. Francesca and her husband (both receptionists), kind and courteous beyond any measure.

Ho soggiornato in questo GrandHotel in data 20-09/22-09 ed è stato un soggiorno TERRIBILE. CAMERA: si presentava pulita superficialmente, bidé sporco di calcare (si vede in foto), mobili pieni di polvere (mostrerei il video ma non è possibile caricarlo) e sul letto chiazze di ….(non voglio dire cosa ma si vede in foto) PISCINA: posteriormente si vedono 2 piscine giganti ma INAGIBILI non come appare in foto dell’hotel ed inoltre i teli per la piscina non ci sono (portateveli da casa) RISTORANTE: ho detto ogni volta che ci sedevamo che la mia ragazza fosse intollerante al lattosio ma ogni volta hanno servito qualcosa con lattosio e infatti una sera si è sentita anche male(la mattina appena alzati ce ne siamo andati), inoltre nel ristorante è “normale” la presenza di animali come cani e gatti, visti uscire anche dalla cucina.( COSA DISGUSTOSA, non perché il cane sia contro gli animali ma diciamo che in cucina la regola non sono ammessi secondo alcuni regolamenti sull’igiene) Inoltre la sera ceniamo all’aperta e notiamo un nido sopra di noi e ragnatele (come se fosse normale per l’umidità ). Ho fatto presente al check-out di questi disagi e mi hanno SOLO risarcito la cena (in cui ci siamo sentiti male la sera in camera) e il pranzo a cui non sono voluto rimanere dopo tutto ciò della camera sembrava normale come situazione. S.p.A. e colazione uniche cose che ci sono piaciute molto, tutto il resto per niente. Giudicate voi se è un GrandHotel 5 stelle lusso. Se siete allergici a gatti o cani vi sconsiglio vivamente di andare perché saranno ovunque, compreso ristorante.

Avevamo grandi aspettative ma in realtà si è mostrato tutto l’opposto di ciò che immaginavamo. Se non fosse stato per il massaggio e la gentilezza del personale durante la colazione e l’ora del pranzo,saremmo andati via il giorno stesso. Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto chiedere informazioni per capire dove si trovasse la reception, per non parlare di chi ci ha accompagno in stanza,senza darci alcun tipo di informazione su dove si trovassero i posti a noi interessati. Praticamente girovagavamo come se stessimo cercando il tesoro nascosto. La spa,per mio gusto personale,era troppo affollata perché ogni spa che ho fatto era sempre molto più intima. Il massaggio è stato più che rilassante ma rovinato dalla scomodità dei cuscini e del materasso. Cinque stelle lusso!? Beh sinceramente da questo mi aspettavo come minimo le zanzariere vicino alle porte finestre. Sono rientrata a casa che le zanzare mi hanno lasciato una mappa tra braccia e gambe. Sinceramente!? Non ritornerei nemmeno se mi facessero un pacchetto regalo.
